Payment

PAYMENT:

Payment is due at each visit.  We accept checks, cash, cashier's checks and money orders.  We do NOT accept debit or credit cards at this time.

INSURANCE:

We are happy to assist new patients in billing your insurance.   Dr. Kieffer-Andrews has chosen not to be a provider on any insurance panel, therefore insurance payments to you will be based upon the out of network provider rates as determined by your specific insurance plan.  Often mental health rates are outlined separately in your health insurance. 

If you expect your health insurance to reimburse your payments to Dr. Kieffer-Andrews, it is imperative that you check with your insurance company and or employer, prior to your first visit to determine at what rate of pay and what service they will and will not cover.
